mSemicon, as well as its Telemonitron business unit, are heavily involved in research, often with parties under funded projects such as a Horizon 2020/Europe. These are typically in the areas of energy (renewable, smart grids, efficiency, monitoring, etc.) or smart sensors and actuators, especially using IoT technology. Often, mSemicon develops bespoke hardware and software solutions to satisfy the requirements of whatever the research objective are.
